Waiting for phone to be at enough power so I can run for an hour or more.  So… just typing, sipping the last shot of this dark Peet’s blend.

Looking through Peloton instructors…. Music types…. Found a couple.  Electronic of EDM, to the instructor I’m used to, Becks.  Like her energy and commentary, so I’ll continue with that.

Beautiful outside, from what I can see, starting at the houses across the canyon.  Tried running up that path last week or the week before and had to turn around.  Not ready for hill consistency like that, yet.

How’m I doing on power now…. Still not there, where I think it should be.  Get dressed and hopefully by the time I’m back it’l be ready, hopefully.
