Thought about writing myself a ticket, but no.  Just doing what I would have put on that spreadsheet, or CRM bought for myself to monitor what I do, where the energies go.  My confidence in what I’m doing touches a new altitude, like an inward conversation I needed to have.

One ticket similar to another, I ask if I can close one.  No response.  So, taking initiative, closing it.  But before I can, one of the Engineers makes a note.  So, all good.  Learning more, and quickly, the language and circulation of an MSP.  I’m in tech, it’s obvious, and designing my way through it as I’ve always been – a writer, blogger.
