In office, 09:16.  Coffee with the Nurse before she left, she brought me back to the condo and started her drive.  Shower, then in the car south to Cleveland Ave.

Not stopping with writing or anything.  Not sure who’s in office, or what’s on my calendar.  Just settling in.

Morning meetings done.  Run for lunch on calendar.  Yesterday’s, not my best, by any thought or through any lens.  Today has to be different.  A 4-miler scheduled but may try to push to 5.

09:44, wine at dinner last night, a 2021 Turnbull Cab, Napa Valley.  Thought it was a Sonoma something, guess wrong and the waitress was gentle and kind in letting me know I had it wrong.  Vintage as well, guessing ’20…. The wine iPad on desk and I’m thinking of what to post, what to write about in that device..

OH SHIT… totally forgot today is payday.  How am I such an airhead?  Should tell the Nurse, she’ll find that funny.

I’m thinking too much, not overthinking but too-thick-thinking rather than just moving.  And now I’m writing about it.  Idiot.
