15:11 back in VV after driving to the loft to get my laptop and journals.  Leaving for an appointment with the Nurse in a bit I think, then a couple more errands.

Message sent to contact, and now again I wait.

Writing in the Nurse’s office for a bit, first.  Replaying day… lunch at Hop Monk in Sonoma, and now meditating in this corner.  All written.
