something in kids’ shows and games.  Just realizing this is Day 3 with no latte, which is consistent with my aim and promise to all but eradicate dairy.

The book, taking quicker shape on this trip.  Life from a journal page storm… Mental Health and peace, Health and a healthier lifestyle… meditation, more than just the sales story.  More consideration of the Nurse and I and all that means.

Sitting at the kitchen bar focusing more on the lights, walls, items by the sink, this first coffee… gratitude, strength.  This vacation passes fast, seeing another friend of mine and her family and another with whom they always vacation… time just moves.  Write it all.  There is more than enough here, staring at paper towels and a skillet, empty coffee pot and the bowl from which Emma had her dry cereal. 

My feeling now is removed and empowered.  My three amazing kids, more than amazing.. they are each stories, teachers, books atop books.  Henry asking his grandmother what her favorite YouTube is…. Where did that come from, I asked him.  He just said, “Yes, Dada…”
