Sparkling Blanc de Noir in glass from Breathless, Nurse’s choice while looking at what they had chilled at Oliver’s. It’s not bad, just not really into sparkling at my age, or as much as I used to. I like J’s sparkling offerings, especially the Rosé, but not sure where I am with bubbles as a 44 year-old.
Some and their attempts to put me off balance, or out of my Beat and literally lane, just funny. They must not really know me, even after enough gathered experience and sight. I can only pity them, and love them for the sad mounds they are.
