Location change, possibly home and then for run. But I want to be in the morning run habit like the writer I met this morning. Should have just launched when I woke this morning at, what, 5-something.
That’s it, I’ve decided I’m running, leaving in a few. 5k the aim. Simple route.
Hungry though. Ignore it.
Should I try again though, tomorrow morning? Go to bed earlier tonight? Yes, but you’re running today. Don’t try to get out of it.
