Shifting subjects, running of course.

Next one will be Monday I guess.  Need to increase mileage this week.  Not an unreasonable increase, but something of impact.  I keep going back and forth on today, I know that’s unhealthy.  Maybe I should just do like 5k.  A SLOW, 5k.

Stop thinking, I remind myself.

Quiet remains.  Me thinking about the meta, where I am… who I am… how I arrived here.  The kids and their story, stories.  Time just dashing by me inconsiderately, not thinking of my frame or dialect in this, on this page or ever.
