Something different.

Exercise bike.  45+ minutes.  See how it feels when done.  I’m not in the mood to run, at all.  Hungry and a run would only irritate me.

Zoom call in kitchen started, and the annoyance sets in.  Time for the bike.  Need some music, something up-tempo.  Not so much dance, or electronica, but…. that party list, or ‘club prof’ list I composed the other day.

Writing about music later, what songs I listen to and why.  Also notes on Alchemist, and what the boy is after.  What am I after, my inner and principle Santiago.
