Have self convinced I’m on lunch break, of some kind.  Will eat at house but I’m ore so thinking about Bottledaux and its undefined yet vastly encompassing identity.

Emailed students.  Actually excited about Zoom tonight, seeing them and developing ideas on Irby’s book.  I CANNOT let myself teach in Spring.  Need to be exclusive with Bottledaux.  All wine projects and time and production, any wine-themed or related effort or energy is under and in Bottledaux’s realm.
