Moved one of the kettlebells by the desk.  Have already done some lifting, triceps.  Not sure where I’m going with it but I’m doing something.  Should be getting workouts done in morning.

How much longer am I going to write about waking earlier.  When am I just going to do it.  Tomorrow, I promise myself.  Promise again.  Then retract, see if I actually do.  Simple, right?
