And the rest of the Pinot, what I opened last night.  Needed after a day, and this Pinot sympathizes, understands the beating I took today; working in a tasting room then teaching.. the wine’s there for me and me for it, interpreting and telling its story, best I can.  The wine encourages freedom, and not just this Pinot…  All wine.  No guidelines for expression, no how-to’s, none of that nonsense.  It’s a lawless embrace, and my embrace is Pinot Noir, at least for tonight, and again.. I’m annoyed and the wine tells me to calm down, to let it go, and to write how you want– no laws and no casts, no binding, no cells.  Just a simple narrative sip, show, tell–
