Writing in the Cotati Starbucks that I used to when I was teaching at SSU.  First session here since, what, ’08?  This morning reminding me of how powerful I am.  The power I have to change things, the story itself, and how the direction and Road itself is dependent upon MY decision.

The whole concept of BLOG DESIGN TECH is fighting to have your story FELT, more than just seen or observed, or heard.

Message C telling him I’ll be in the office soon, a little after 8.  Office is about 5 minutes from here, if that.  So potentially 30 minutes to work on my projects.  Don’t have time for journal, or another project… or do I.

Song comes on that reminds me of the Nurse, so I need write her.  Send her a quick text and enjoy the song and thoughts of her.  It fuels me in the most consuming way.  Keeping fast till after 12:00.  

Lifted weights a bit yesterday, will do another quick strength workout tonight before bed. Keep it going.  Again, change.. new habits and practices.  What will get me I need and or want. 

It’s a matter of conviction, understanding that it is already yours.  Whatever you’re after.  It’s already yours.  Know that.  Understand that.  Then, enjoy the results.
