A little surprised how much ground I’ve covered this morning. Maybe the coffee, or the kids keeping me at alert nerves.
Made scrambled eggs with some shredded cheese and toasted sourdough sliced. Put a little dijon on one side ‘cause I’m weird. And that’s breakfast. Writing more about diet and what I let into my system. New health and wellness journal. Less of everything, from dairy to bread (even though I had both earlier), caffeine, meat, wine, and other points.
One more cup about to be made, and I see I’m contradicting myself again. Just know limits, and I’m capping caffeine with this next cup.
