Back at desk ready for leave.  Calendar reminder for 11:30 call sounds, causes phone to vibrate curtly.  Make sure I have have everything, running needs – where are my shoes?  Ugh, not this again…

They were right by the desk, of course.  Ten minutes till call.  Starting to get restless with the running prospect, on treadmill for an hour, more.  My running declaration, fizzling a bit.  Did run twice last week, but that’s not enough.  In no way satisfactory, or adequate.  Four running days, minimum, per week.  It’s supposed to be a DECLARATION. Feel self getting hungry, tempted to break fast.  Ignore it…. Mental Strength, battle cry for day, month, ever.
