img_9592If you’re at work and you’re counting down the minutes and seconds and however you in your head group time till 5, stop.  Don’t slow or get complacent in your day.  Push until it’s time to leave.  Sprint.  Do something.  Doing nothing makes you invisible to you.  Rather, aim to shock yourself.  Create something, just one thing, even if it’s a note to yourself as this is to me.  I can feel it now, me just wanting to leave and relax at home, but the reality is I’m still here and I should make it count, make it work for me.
