6:51.  Grading done.  About to post lecture/lesson plan to blog, then away I go.. need more lines from Plath’s book, for appropriate transition to her work, her character and written practice; talking about the author as a character.

While grading the papers, this one student, ‘C’, submitted both drafts I noticed, the first having all her editorial scratches and scars, markings and trails, cuts and rearrangements.  Another case of where I aim to be more like one of my students.  Have to print today’s three pages—
