And the first principle, sales is not sales. I won’t say that, or try not to.
Conversations, connections, genuine and heartfelt conversations.
Learning…
Writing everything down. Not letting anything get past me, regarding nothing as insignificant or boring or meaningless. Everything is critical, everything is a note to ME and how to better connect to them.
Anther note, and I can’t stress this enough, is make it your own. Love what you do. And if you don’t for some reason, make it something you love. Develop obsession, your own distinct and immovable connection.
