Going to need more caffeine. Up past 1, then up around 3.

Slept in a bit but not enough.  I don’t sleep in.  Definitely not like I did when a teenager or in college.  I need to be up early as you know, and always look for tricks to be up earlier….  So. Today, I’m scattered and exhausted.  In a rush to get things done.

Emmie feeling better but still seeming a bit out of it.  

Gorgeous outside, don’t know how much I’ll get out today.  No run, that’s for sure.  My lower back is horribly pained and tight.  Need to look out stretches or something.

Kids being lazy, but it’s so warranted I feel after last night.  There’s nothing more debilitating that seeing your kids get sick, just my opinion.
