New Plan

Frustrated I didn’t wake when I wanted to, but I never do.  So no big deal.  Not an advantageous was to start the day, frustrated and moody.  So I shift.  To this.  On couch, meditation.

READERS:  Don’t let stress win.  Only see wins for yourself, and for everything you do.  Something I just realized this morning and a few morning over the last couple weeks.

Quiet in the house with kids asleep, but that could change in a severed second.  So I keep it short.
