One more note before I leave….  The psychology of things.  People and stories, work and why we choose a job.  What my sister said the other night, about her role as a winemaker, and what’s even more important that the job and what’s associated, perceived – “I wanted to work somewhere I loved, and with people I wanted to be around…”
