Committing and calendaring this entire Saturday for work.  Blogging the entire day.. sitting here at desk, walking around the Green, visiting my friend Charles at Bellacana for a glass, whatever.  All of it needs to be captured… the secret sauce to blogging is there is not secret sauce just consistency and commitment to reiterating reality…

Hungry, but fasting till 12:01…. Another Teriyaki steak sand’, some veggies on side…. Sounds amazing.  Like right now amazing.  Can’t, still drinking coffee.  Gross.
