wine sketchez

An obvious “revisit” for me, this bottled narrative from one of this writer’s more favored and promised producers continues to develop and expand its savory and sensory impact.  Texture  persists in its romantic waves and the general animation of the wine remains, front-palate to sip’s close.  Didn’t let it breathe for that long.  Why would I.  Why should I.  I was seismic in last night’s decision to again visit a long-known atmospheric and ghostly lover.

Could still cellar for another 5 years, or longer if you do wished.  “But why?” is my challenge.
