EVERYTHING coming together in a way that I don’t know I could have event dreamt.  Writing Nurse quick note of gratitude, for lunch and last night and our coffee this morning.  Holding to that… wait, report more outside, not what’s in head.  Have to remind myself.  Young couple next to me enjoying lunch in one of the booths…
