Watching it get bottled doesn’t bother me. It’s just the unknown of if it’ll sell. My first vintage. What the hell have I gotten myself into? Should’ve have just kept it a hobby. Wait… blended a little Cab and PV into it, making it 89% Merlot… I’m good. But what if the Merlot hate is still a-quake?
Can’t think like that.
Just enjoy the bottling.
